Head Coach Jarrod Evans along with athletes Sarah Alexander and Annie Kelly, who will compete in the International-distance race and then be available afterward to talk with athletes, take pictures and sign autographs.
Triathlon Gold moved to Asheville this year and is an officially funded USA Triathlon High Performance Program with the purpose of training USA’s elite triathletes for World Championships, the Olympic Games and other major national and international events.
Over 700 athletes are expected to compete in the three races of the Lake Logan Multisport Festival, which was started in 2006 and managed by Glory Hound Events, the largest endurance sport management company in the region.

Glory Hound Events was started in 2006, initially managing the historic Bele Chere 5K. Shortly after that first year the Lake Logan Triathlon was introduced and eventually became a part of the Lake Logan Multisport Festival. Glory Hound Events is now the largest endurance event management company in the Western North Carolina region, producing an average of twelve events annually.
