There will be one water station at the top of the Rose Garden on Griffing Avenue

The Fun Run course is approximately .4-miles and takes the runners up and back from St. Eugene’s Catholic Church on Culvern Street, which is closed to traffic during the event.

Volunteers will be stationed at each turn and there will be signs marking every turn.  Police officers will stationed at key intersections.

We ask you to stay to the right side of the road and stay on sidewalks whenever possible.

The 10K will not be held this but we plan to bring it back for the 20th anniversary race in 2027.

Dogs are not allowed at Asheville Catholic School during the event. We love dogs but this is not the place for them, either for runners or your supporters.  Those that do will be asked to remove them.

Limited parking is available at the Asheville Catholic School. Parking is also available at the following locations:

  • St. Eugene’s Catholic Church (Culvern Street just past the school – Road closes at 7:45 AM)

Cancellations & Transfers

The Asheville Catholic School has a NO REFUND/NO DEFERRAL policy.

Transfers

To transfer your registration to another person please log into Race Roster and select Transfer where prompted.  All transfers must be completed by Thursday, March 12 at 9:00 PM EST.

This is the only way transfers or the selling of bibs between participants will be allowed. Anyone who is discovered to have purchased or accepted another person’s bib without submitting this form will be disqualified and banned from future races.

Volunteers

Races don’t happen without great volunteers. We anticipate losing a number of volunteers who cannot help on the rescheduled date. If you would like to be part of this event, support Asheville Catholic School and be there in various ways for our 500 runners, we would love to have you.
