Thank you to everyone who came out for the fourth Farm Fresh 5K, Presented by Coca Cola Consolidated. The new venue and course were everything we thought they would be and more and we look forward to many more years of producing this race in Bethel.
A special thanks goes to Haywood Christian Ministries for hosting the event; the amazing sponsors (seen below), who make it possible; and our volunteers who helped everyone get around the course safely.
Results and photos from our friend, Paul King, are posted below.

Saturday, April 18 – 7:30-8:45 AM – Haywood Christian Ministries headquarters in Bethel (5095 Old River Road)
We will accept on-site registration up to 15 minutes before the start of the race.
The race will start and finish at the Haywood Christian Ministries headquarters in Bethel.
Course Information
There will be one water station on the course, about half way through the race.
Volunteers will be stationed at each turn and there will be signs marking every turn. There will be police stationed at key intersections.
We ask you to stay to the right side of the road and run alone whenever possible.
Water and light snacks will be provided near the finish line.
The awards ceremony for the 5K will take place at approximately 10:15 AM in the grass area near the picnic shelter.
Awards will be given to the top 5 male and female finishers.
The race will utilize chip timing. The chips are attached to the back of your race bib so don’t crinkle them. Please wear your bib on the front of your clothing so we can see it at the finish line.
Dogs and those pushing strollers are welcome to participate but we ask you please start at the back of the pack. Dogs should be well behaved, up to date on their shots and on short leashes.
Parking will be on the Haywood Christian Ministries headquarters grounds. Please follow the signs and/or directions from volunteers upon arrival.
Haywood Christian Ministries has a NO REFUND/NO DEFERRAL policy.
Transfers
To transfer your registration to another person please log into Race Roster and select Transfer where prompted. All transfers must be completed by Thursday, April 16 at 9:00 PM EST.
This is the only way transfers or the selling of bibs between participants will be allowed. Anyone who is discovered to have purchased or accepted another person’s bib without submitting this form will be disqualified and banned from future races.
