Sunday, August 6, 5:00-6:30 am – Lake Logan Episcopal Center

Bike – Athletes will run their bike out of transition to Lake Logan Road before mounting and beginning the bike leg. The course will take them east to Canton before returning through Clyde and Bethel. The bike course has approximately 2,257 feet of elevation gain.

Run – The run course is an out and back course on Lake Logan Road west of Lake Logan. Once returning to the LLEC, runners will complete a lap in the grass field behind the transition area before proceeding to the finish line. There is an elevation gain on the outward half of the course of 199′.
There are two aid stations on the run course serving water and Gatorade.

Everyone who completes the Lake Logan International will receive a very cool medal at the finish line.
